Do I need a passport at registration?

We need your passport or any other identification document at registration.

Is an early check-in/late check-out possible?

Yes, if vacant rooms are available.
Early check-in from 06:00 to 12:00 is to be paid at 50% cost of the daily rate.
Late check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 is to be paid at 50% cost of the daily rate.

What time is the check-in/check-out?

Registration begins at 14:00. Check-out is until 12:00.

Is there a parking zone?

There are three parking spots opposite the entrance to the hotel. These spots are given to our guests by request.

Is an access to the Internet available?

Free Wi-Fi is provided in the Orange Hotel area.

Is a laundry in the hotel?

Yes, the hotel offers a laundry service. You can send your clothes to the hotel laundry. We will be happy to wash and press them for you!*

Is there a room for smokers in the hotel?

The Orange Hotel has no rooms for smokers because of the legislative ban on smoking in public spaces, restaurants and hotels. This law came into effect on 16 December 2012. Nevertheless, we provide special smoking zones near the main entrance to the hotel.

Do you have a currency exchange booth?

There is no exchange office in the hotel.
The nearest exchange office is at 400 m distance.

What is the age limit for kids to stay free of charge?

Children under 6 years of age stay free without giving a separate bed.
Children under 3 years of age are given a bed free of charge.

Is the breakfast included in the room rate?

The schedule of the hotel room rates includes breakfast by default.
A guest can choose accommodation without breakfast within a frame of a special offer at discount.

Are there safes in the rooms?

All rooms are provided with a mini-safe.

Is there a fridge in each room?

There are rooms with a fridge, but some rooms have a mini-bar only.

Can you arrange transfer from the airport/railway station to the hotel?

By your request and at additional charge we can organize transfer from the point of your arrival to the hotel. Our driver will have a greeter sign bearing your name, meet you and deliver comfortably to the hotel.

Are there adjoining/family rooms?

We have various kinds of rooms in the Orange Hotel. In adjoining rooms, the door can be kept either closed or open, at your wish. Besides, we have apartments, which will be the ideal solution for parents and two children.

Is there a kitchen in each room?

A kitchen is in the apartment category rooms only and in one of Junior suites.

What payment types are acceptable?

You can pay for your accommodation in the Orange Hotel in cash or with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard).

Is there a restaurant at the hotel?

Yes, Orange Cafe is the ideal place to have a snack, drink a cup of coffee or arrange a business meeting.

Can I take a pet with me?

Yes, our hotel is pet-friendly.

Pets allowed at the hotel are only dogs up to 30 cm tall and weighing up to 5 kg.

Accommodation of a pet in the hotel is allowed in the amount of no more than one in one room.

The cost of living for an animal is 300 UAH per night.

Guests arriving on vacation at the hotel with animals must have a dog’s passport and a certificate from a veterinarian with a note of all vaccinations that were given to the animal.

When checking into a hotel with pets, the guest is obliged to sign the “Rules for the accommodation of guests with pets”, confirming the guest’s consent to these rules and full responsibility for his animal, both material and in case of damage to the hotel or hotel guests.

When checking into a hotel with a pet, the guest makes a cash deposit of 1000 UAH. for possible risks of loss to hotel property. In the absence of losses, at the end of the hotel stay, the cash deposit is returned. In case of deeper damage, the guest is obliged to contribute additional funds to cover the consequences of the damage.
